What is the guest policy? How does it apply to nannies and temporary out-of-town guests staying with us?

As a member, you may have a non-member visit the club as your guest up to three times per calendar year. The fee for a tennis guest is $15, and the fee for a pool guest is $12. The guest must be logged on GameTime. A tennis guest can be logged when you make your court reservation or through the office. A pool guest can be logged by the check-in person at the pool deck.

If a nanny or family member comes in place of you or your partner, they do not have to pay the guest fee, and it will not count toward their three guest visits. Nannies must fill out a “Nanny Form,” which can be obtained by contacting the office.

If a nanny or family member comes while you and your partner are also present, they will be treated as guests, and it will count as one of their three visits, and they will be charged the guest fee.

If you have a family member staying with you from out of town, they can temporarily be added to your membership for up to two weeks (free of charge). We ask that you introduce your family member to the office so we are aware they are your guest.

Who is included in the family membership?

The family tennis membership and social membership include one or two adults (they do not have to be married but must live together) and their children (up to age 25). Other family members, such as grandparents, aunts/uncles, and cousins, are not part of the membership. These family members can visit as guests or in place of an adult to supervise children.

Can a member rent or reserve the pool deck or lounge space?

No, members cannot rent or reserve any space in the club. The lounge space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may host a small gathering on the pool deck, but we do not allow members to hold parties, as it may disrupt other members. We strive to keep club spaces communal and ensure all members feel comfortable and welcome.

How do I register myself and another person on my membership for a class on GameTime? Can I also register both of my children?

First, register yourself by typing your last name in the participant box. Once you are registered, register the other person as a guest by selecting “0 members” and “1 guest” in the dropdowns. Then, enter their last and first name, email, and phone number. Add your membership account in the billing box. You can check the class participants to ensure that both members are registered.

Junior Tennis Group Lessons
If you are going to miss a class due to illness or an emergency, please contact the office, and we will prorate you for the missed class. However, during the summer, we include two free weeks of classes, as we anticipate that people may miss sessions due to vacations or illness. Therefore, we do not offer prorated refunds for missed summer junior group lessons.

Swim Lessons & Swim Team
If you are going to miss a lesson due to illness or an emergency, please contact the office or your swim coach, and we will prorate you for the missed class. For swim team, we include a few free classes as we anticipate that people may miss sessions due to vacations or illness. Therefore, we do not offer prorated refunds for missed summer junior group lessons.

Courts Cancellation
We request that members cancel their court reservations at least one day prior to the reserved time. However, we will accept any cancellation made a minimum of 2 hours before the reserved court time. Please contact the office as soon as possible if you know you are unable to use your court or lap lane. Cancellations can be made via email or phone. This courtesy allows other members the chance to reserve your court or lane.

If you do not cancel your court, a $25 no-show fee will be charged.

How do members check-in for their tennis court or lap lane?

Members can check in for their court or lap lane by clicking the box in the upper-left corner of their reserved court or lap time on GameTime. An arrow will appear in the box, indicating that the member has checked in. This can be done via the kiosk computer across from the main office or on a member’s cell phone. Members can also call the office to request check-in, or simply ask the office staff to check them in.
