Coaching Philosophy:

I’m a very high energy, extremely positive coach who is a “fixer” by nature. Nothing gives me more joy than helping my students achieve their goals and pushing them to surpass what they thought was possible for them. I love helping my students find solutions, knowing that while it may not be easy, there’s always an answer to every tennis challenge!

In 19 years of teaching full time, I have taught age ranges from 3-92 yrs old and every single level of player. The last few years I have really specialized in teaching adult USTA players/teams. A few years ago I started competing again and achieved success I’m very proud of, including a place on the ATP World Rankings and winning the Men’s 5.0 Team Sectionals. These results helped validate my views that consistency, movement, and high percentage tennis are the keys to long-term tennis success.

Coaching Specialties:

  • Adult USTA players & teams
  • Consistency
  • Movement
  • High-percentage Tennis

Coaching Philosophy:

I’ve been coaching tennis for 17 years, working with beginners, juniors, and USTA adults. I enjoy helping students at every level overcome their challenges. Over the past 20 years, I’ve also competed extensively in tournaments and USTA League matches.

Tennis is a dynamic sport, offering both physical and mental challenges. I love sharing my fitness expertise and knowledge with every player I coach! Starting at a 3.0 level and now competing at a 5.0 level has given me a deep understanding of the game at every level. My greatest strengths are my two-handed backhand and my understanding of the mental aspects of tennis.

Coaching Specialties:

  • Mental game
  • Two-handed backhand
  • Fitness
  • Succeeding in competition

Coaching Philosophy:

My passion for tennis began right here at the TLTC, where I fell in love with the sport under the guidance of local legend, Tom Peterson. I continued my tennis journey by training at an international tennis academy in Florida, playing Division I collegiate tennis at Villanova University, and coaching for over 10 years at various prestigious clubs across the country.

As a coach, I believe in creating a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether coaching groups or individuals, I focus on simplifying complex techniques and tailoring lessons to meet each player’s needs and goals. My coaching philosophy is centered on helping players discover their love for tennis while improving their skills and achieving their full potential.
