TLTC Policies

TENNIS GUEST POLICY

A non-member is allowed three guest privileges per calendar year for tennis. A non-member must be playing with a member. Members are responsible for registering their tennis guests in Gametime. The fee is $15 per guest and can be paid by the member or the guest. Failure to register a guest will result in a fine of $25 and the guest fee charge of $15.

 

PET POLICY

No animals are allowed at the club.

 

POOL GUEST POLICY

A non-member is allowed three guest privileges per calendar year for the pool. A member must be present with the non-member. Members are responsible for registering their pool guests in Gametime. The fee is $12 per guest and can be paid by the member or the non-member. Failure to register a guest will result in a fine of $25 and the guest fee charge of $12.

 

POOL PARTIES

The TLTC has a strict NO POOL PARTY policy during open swim hours. 

 

FITNESS ROOM GUEST POLICY

Guests are not allowed in the fitness room at any time. Kids under 12 years old are not allowed in the fitness room. No exceptions. Kids ages 12-15 are allowed to be in the fitness room with a parent.

 

CLUB RENTALS

The TLTC is not currently renting out any of our facilities.

 

COURT OR LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

Lessons and courts must be canceled more than 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of $25.
